Challenge

The customer, BilletBillet, had relied for many years on a single core business system, which they now planned to replace with a new platform. However, numerous automated internal processes and business-critical dashboards were tightly integrated with the old system. Migrating these to work with the new system risked significant operational disruption. Additionally, the BilletBillet no longer wanted the overhead of managing their own data warehouse.

Solution

Sensisize implemented dedicated data pipelines to pull data from the new system into a fully managed Sensisize Data Warehouse. The pipelines were designed to replicate and enhance BilletBillets existing automated processes, ensuring continuity. By hosting and maintaining the data warehouse, Sensisize removed the operational burden from the customer. Furthermore, GDPR compliance was strengthened through automated deletion of data according to the customer’s privacy policy.

Result

The customer was able to seamlessly transition to the new business system with minimal interruption to their automated processes or dashboards. They gained a fully managed, up-to-date data infrastructure, eliminating the need for internal maintenance. Enhanced GDPR controls reduced compliance risk, and the streamlined setup allowed the customer to focus entirely on their core business operations rather than infrastructure management.
